Meet Sapna

Coaching rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and practical change

Sapna supports parents who want lives filled with connection, authenticity, resilience, and emotional safety at home.

Sapna Rad is a certified conscious parenting coach and NLP practitioner who helps parents understand the inner patterns that shape how they respond, connect, and lead at home.

Her own parenting journey changed the direction of her work. After struggling to connect in the way she wanted to, she committed herself to the healing, awareness, and relational tools she now shares with other parents and caregivers.

She has studied under Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Dr. Gabor Mate, and Dr. Richard Bandler, drawing from a blend of Western psychology, Eastern wisdom, compassionate inquiry, and neuro-linguistic programming.

Sapna is also a speaker known for connected storytelling and practical strategies that help audiences meet themselves with honesty, compassion, and courage. Her work has been featured in North Texas community outlets, and her coaching philosophy is simple: when parents feel safer and more resourced inside themselves, their children feel it too.

Why parents resonate

A philosophy that feels warm and usable

Self-awareness first Parents understand their own triggers before trying to fix the child.
Practical change Every session aims to leave families with something tangible to try.
Nonjudgmental support The work is honest without becoming harsh or shaming.
